Privacy Policy

Rosée is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Rosée collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use the app. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the app.

This is the most important commitment we make: • Face, dental, and weekly-aesthetics photos captured during a scan are analyzed entirely on your device. The raw image is never transmitted, uploaded, or shared with anyone, with the limited exceptions below. • We do not collect your photos. We do not store your photos on any server. We do not have access to your camera roll. • For product label scans and weekly aesthetics reports, the image is sent to our AI vision partner solely to read ingredient text or generate the weekly clinical report. The partner does not retain the image after processing. No identity, name, or contact information is sent with the image. • "Saved Looks" photos: when you tap "Save this look" inside the Makeup Artist, the selfie is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded.

If you enable cycle tracking or fill in your Health profile, the data stays exclusively on your device: • Cycle tracking: last period start, average cycle length, and the derived phase predictions. • Health profile: skin conditions, allergies, medications (predefined chips and anything you typed in the "tell us what to avoid" field). • Daily activity: sweat level, sun exposure, and tagged activities (gym, yoga, swim, sauna). This information is used only to personalize your routine, smart insights, and reminders. It is never uploaded to our servers (we don't have any for user data). When the AI generates routines or reports, only a minimal user-context block (no identity) is sent.

To show weather-aware skincare tips, the app fetches the current forecast from a public weather service using your device's IP address (no GPS access is requested). The service returns the approximate weather for your city. We do not store your location, and we do not link weather lookups to your identity.

We collect the minimum possible data to operate the app: • Health Metrics: Numerical scores and analysis results derived from your scans (e.g., hydration level, skin score, dental whiteness index). Calculated on-device and stored only on your device. • Profile Information: Your name, age, skin type, and language preference — entered by you, stored on your device. • Health Profile & Cycle: Conditions, allergies, medications, cycle data (if enabled), daily activity log. Local-only. • Makeup Bag & Saved Looks: Product names you type plus optional selfies. Local-only. • Usage Analytics: Anonymous, non-identifiable feature usage and crash reports. Cannot be linked to you personally.

We use the information we collect to: • Generate your personal health scores and skin/dental insights • Track your progress over time (streak, history) on your device • Personalize your experience (language, routine recommendations) • Improve, debug, and optimize app features • Comply with legal obligations

All personal data — scan results, health scores, profile details, and preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using local encrypted storage. We do not operate servers that receive, process, or store your personal or biometric information. You can permanently delete all stored data at any time from the Profile screen → "Delete All Data." Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered because we never had it.

Rosée does NOT track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, do not use the iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), and do not share any data with ad networks or data brokers. Because of this, the iOS "App Tracking Transparency" prompt does not appear in this app — there is nothing to ask permission for. Your App Store privacy nutrition label reflects this: "Data Not Linked to You" and "Data Not Used to Track You" across every category.

Rosée is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information through the app, please reach out to support@getrosee.com immediately so we can take appropriate action.

Because all your data lives exclusively on your device, you have complete control at all times: • Access: Open the app to view all your data • Correction: Edit your profile at any time • Deletion: Delete all data instantly from Profile → "Delete All Data" • Portability: Your data is on your device — back it up however you choose We cannot access, modify, or delete your data on your behalf because we do not hold it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy and displaying an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
