Build Your AM and PM Skincare Routine Around Your Actual Skin

A routine built from your scan data and your actual products — not a one-size-fits-all checklist.

Most routine builders ask you a few questions and return a generic step list anyone with your skin type might use. Rosee builds your routine from two things that are actually yours: your daily scan data (which tracks your real-time skin state) and the products already on your shelf (which it has analyzed for ingredients and compatibility). The result is a morning and night routine that reflects where your skin actually is, not where it was when you answered an onboarding quiz.

The routine adapts over time. As your scan scores shift — a hydration dip in winter, a texture spike during a hormonal phase — the recommendations adjust. Cycle-aware insights flag the week before your period as a time to ease back on actives. This isn't personalization as marketing language; it's the routine changing because your data changed.

How it works

1

Scan your shelf

Add the products you actually own — by barcode, name, or label photo. Rosee analyzes each one and builds a profile of your ingredient inventory.

2

Your routine is generated from your data

Rosee combines your current scan scores, skin type, product shelf, and any noted sensitivities to build AM and PM routines with correct layering order and no conflicts.

3

Follow along and track completion

Each routine step has a timer, a description, and notes on technique. Completed steps are logged so Rosee can correlate your routine consistency with your skin scores over time.

Why it's different

Built from your products, not a sponsored list

Rosee doesn't recommend products to buy. It builds a routine from products you already own, in the correct order, with incompatible combinations flagged before they reach your face.

Layering order and conflict logic built in

Rosee applies the thinnest-to-thickest rule, separates incompatible actives across AM and PM, and flags vitamin C in the morning and retinoids at night automatically — the logic is baked in, not left to you to remember.

Cycle-aware adjustments

For users who track their cycle, Rosee recognizes the luteal phase as a higher-sensitivity period and adjusts routine recommendations accordingly — dialing back strong actives before the week they're most likely to irritate.

Routine consistency feeds back into scan trends

Completing your routine is logged. Over time, Rosee can show you correlations between routine adherence and skin score changes — so you can see what consistent use of a product actually does to your skin, measured, not assumed.

Questions

Does Rosee tell me which products to buy?

No. Rosee builds routines from products you already have. It doesn't recommend specific brands or products to purchase, and there are no sponsored placements. If your current shelf has a gap — for example, no SPF — it notes the gap without directing you to a specific product.

What if I have too many products?

Rosee's routine audit checks your entire shelf for conflicts and redundancies — ingredients that do the same job, active combinations that fight each other, or products that duplicate steps. Many people discover they can simplify significantly without losing effectiveness.

Does the routine change when my skin changes?

Yes — it's designed to. When your daily scan data shows a shift (a hydration drop, increased redness, a texture change), Rosee adjusts the routine emphasis accordingly. It's not re-generating from scratch each time; it's adjusting the intensity and sequencing of what you already use.

Is there a morning routine and a night routine?

Yes. Morning and night routines are built separately because the goals differ: morning focuses on protection (antioxidants, SPF, lightweight hydration) and night focuses on repair (actives like retinoids, richer moisturizers, targeted treatments). Incompatible ingredients are automatically separated between the two.
